Created in 2013, Uplift Physical Theatre embodies a collective of actors and theatre-makers committed to unveiling concealed human realities through the intimate realm of the stage. Our approach hinges on genuine physical exertion and daring, pushing the boundaries of our physical capacities on stage to unearth authentic connections with both our fellow performers and the audience. We employ heightened modes of expression, encompassing acrobatics, dance, and movement-based narratives that pulsate with life, vitality, and universal human resonance.
